£5 per session open class, suitable for beginners or for the more experienced dancer who wants to focus on core technique.
Age 16+
For those new to contemporary dance, this is a perfect introduction for you, and will guarantee you won’t regret giving something new a try, for those who have experience it’s a chance to refresh your existing skills!
This release based class combines technique exercises that will develop and prepare the dancing body for movement sequences that challenge and inspire. There will be an emphasis on how the floor can support the moving body and build confidence as a dancer.
