Class & performance group: Led by Kate Mason
Class: 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Learn juicy, athletic sequences, moving in and out of the ground, working to articulate and push the body physically, shifting the dynamic and flow across the space. Also focussing on a functional approach to how we move with and support the body.
Performance Group: 8:15pm - 9:30pm
The performance group was established in January 2009, and have since performed at IKEA, The Herbert Art Gallery, Rugby's Art in the Park & Tiffany's. Where next???!!!
Level for class & performance group : Open level (some dance experience required).
