Birmingham Arts Activities Commissioning 2011-12

Birmingham's Culture Commissioning Service are inviting proposals for Arts activities which contribute to the following priorities.
- Increasing participation in the arts by residents
- Improving perceptions of Birmingham as a place to visit
- Providing opportunities for young people to develop their creativity, skills, knowledge and understanding of the arts under our Creative Future framework

Please see the prospectus (on the website) which sets out the process for making an application to be commissioned under three themes.

1. Culture on Your Doorstep – for local activities in Priority Neighbourhoods (Deadlines: 5pm on Monday 23rd May and Monday 7th November 2011)
2. Great International City – for activities which support the development of international links (Deadline: 5pm on Monday 4th July 2011)
3. Next Generation – for activities for 0-19s in Birmingham (Deadline: 5pm on Monday 12th September 2011)

To be eligible for support you must demonstrate that you are an arts organisation with a not-for-profit constitution.
