A fantastic opportunity to ‘takeaway’ a bunch of new ideas and inspirations for dance lessons. This course is designed especially for PE and non dance specialist teachers delivering dance with KS3 and 4, and will provide participants with four different starting points for dance; action, space, dynamics and relationships. Each will be explored within the session, with a range of stimuli to engage groups of varying abilities and ways to extend the starting point into a 6 week scheme of work.
This course will be led by Yael Owen-Mckenna, lead dance advisor for Coventry Performing Arts. If you need support to teach dance in your school, this is the course for you!

To book on either of the above courses, please email sjassal@solihull.gov.uk or phone 0121 704 6747.
